Due to the digital nature of our products (game keys and codes), all sales are generally final. Once a key has been revealed or delivered, it cannot be returned. Please read the exceptions below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Invalid Key: If the game key you received is invalid, already used, or does not work, we will provide a replacement key or a full refund.
  • Wrong Product: If you received a different product than what you ordered, we will send the correct product or issue a refund.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order (if the key has not been activated).
  • Non-Delivery: If your product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • The game key has already been activated/redeemed on your account
  • You changed your mind after purchase (buyer's remorse)
  • The game does not meet your personal expectations or preferences
  • Your system does not meet the game's minimum requirements
  • The game has been banned or removed from the platform by the publisher
  • Gift cards and in-game currency codes that have been redeemed

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  3. Provide evidence if applicable (e.g., screenshot of an error message, proof that the key is invalid)
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

5. Free Products

Products offered for free ($0.00) do not qualify for refunds as no payment was made. If you experience issues with a free product, please contact our support team for assistance.
